GfK has been confirmed as an official Event Partner for DISTREE Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) 2019, the region’s leading hosted buyer event for consumer technology, consumer electronics (CE) and IT channels.

DISTREE EMEA will take place in Monaco from February 19th to 22nd 2019. GfK connects data and science. Innovative research solutions provide answers for key business questions around consumers, markets, brands and media – now and in the future. As a research and analytics partner, GfK promises its clients all over the world ‘Growth from Knowledge’.

At DISTREE EMEA 2019, GfK will deliver the opening keynote, providing deep insight into the latest market trends impacting the consumer technology, consumer electronics and IT channels across the globe. DISTREE EMEA gathers hundreds of senior executives from vendors, distributors, retailers and e-tailers from 50-plus countries in one place at one time.

Gernot Teufel, Global Director IT & Distribution at GfK, said: “We are excited to be event partner for DISTREE EMEA this year. DISTREE EMEA is a fantastic event to meet partners and is offering a great opportunity to listen to customers and having the finger on the pulse of the market. Therefore GfK is more than happy to share superior insights on the latest distribution and point of sales (POS) market trends.”

Teufel added: “We are already looking forward to this event, engaging into discussions with the participants and helping them to better understand current market dynamics as well as future growth opportunities.”

GfK will also run a series of workshops at DISTREE EMEA 2019 as well as a VIP Breakfast Briefing. Delegates will have access to the GfK team throughout the event, allowing them to capitalise on GfK’s deep expertise and drill down into specific topics.

Liam McSherry, Sales & Marketing Director at DISTREE Events, said: “We are delighted to announce that GfK is an Event Partner for DISTREE EMEA 2019. We value our long-term relationship with GfK and our delegates appreciate the value of GfK’s data and deep insight into the latest market trends.”

With an increased number of retailers and e-tailers attending DISTREE EMEA, GfK’s participation will deliver added value for all delegates joining us in Monaco next February,” he added.
